The Indian Express, 15 October 2012 "A major change was that the political interference in the military, as far as operations are concerned, ceased. In 1962, there was a tremendous interference by the Intelligence Bureau. All that has changed now," Maj Gen Dhruv C Katoch, who heads the Army's think tank, Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS), says.
The officer says that now that 50 years have elapsed, there is no reason why the report should not be made public.
